The Plunge Pool

For us as professional system builders for everything to do with wellness and sauna systems, a proper plunge pool is simply part of every installation/project. Our plunge pools are available in a wide range of variations and sizes, depending on the available space, budget or application, we will find the right product for your requirements and the associated local possibilities. The basic plunge pool is usually used in sauna facilities to cool down the body again after the sauna session. This type of plunge pool is usually between 2 and 3 square meters in size and up to 2 meters deep so that visitors can really immerse themselves. The water temperature in this type of plunge pool is

between 5°C and 10°C for cooling down. There are also communal plunge pools in larger and shallower versions with higher temperatures. In addition to pure cooling, plunge pools are also used for therapeutic purposes. By immersing the heated body in a cool plunge pool, the blood vessels are suddenly changed by the drastic difference in cold, which can stimulate blood circulation. Our plunge pools also fit into the smallest corner and can be set up or decorated individually. We plan larger systems accordingly with you on site. You can get our plunge pools solidly built or made of GRP as a nearly finished component.
