The larger the system, the more important the dimensioning of the electrical system, as well as precautionary planning and expandability, also with regard to peak loads and safety. If energy recovery systems or various control systems are then used, it quickly becomes very complex and confusing, but that doesn't have to be the case. A good system for e.g. wellness and sauna facilities, an integrated energy recovery system or even the integration of a photovoltaic system (solar) can be planned and implemented in the simplest way with just a few basic elements, which then have to be right. The VDE and its standards naturally also play an important role in professional systems that mesh with each other. Safety systems and machines, cable cross-sections and warning and emergency stop systems must be dimensioned and selected in such a way that the need for protection of the system and people is guaranteed at all times. The planning of these systems not only requires a high degree of accuracy and specialist knowledge of standards and

Laws to protect against damage, but also a sound knowledge of materials and building materials and their various interactions. In addition to the pure loads that run through these systems and form the basis of the electrical system, the control systems with their sensors and controls are many times more complex and important for a wellness or sauna system, for example. Without the controllers, which use sensors or analogue signals with different voltages to measure switching states or loads and, depending on the programming, recognize that a consumer should no longer heat or must work temporarily, it would be impossible to design a modern electrical system today.
