Our foot baths are used for cooling down, but also for warming up, depending on the application, for example, before or after a sauna session. A cold foot bath really gets the circulation going, while a warming one can be relaxing or simply cleansing. Lukewarm water can also be used to refresh the feet between sauna sessions. Our double foot baths can also be used for contrast baths, where the feet are alternately immersed in warm and cold water, resulting in an invigorating and strengthening effect.
