At first glance, the salt stone sauna looks like any other sauna, with a sauna room and a sauna heater, but a closer look reveals its true potential for your wellness area and its visitors. Even though the temperatures are rather mild, ranging from approximately 50°C to 70°C, this type of sauna impresses with other qualities. The gentle warmth and low humidity of around 10-20%, created by the salt stone walls, produce a salty, soothing atmosphere, similar to that at the seaside, which will be a true treat for your lungs and skin. Combined with the warm air, the sauna session has a particularly beneficial effect

Combined with the salty air, the experience is even more intense than a simple walk by the sea. But it's not just the air and pleasant warmth of the salt stone sauna that are captivating; the ambiance of such a sauna is equally impressive. Backlit salt stones in warm or cool colors bathe the entire sauna room in a different, almost mystical light.
