Our team works closely together, with designated decision-makers and mutual oversight at each stage of construction. For example, tradespeople provide feedback to the project manager, who in turn relays this information to the draftsman, allowing for any necessary adjustments to be incorporated into the plans. This enables the tradespeople to continue their work. It's a closed-loop system with extensive expertise.

With every facility, whether a wellness center, sauna, or other type, the question always arises: who will handle material procurement, especially when certain items become unavailable? Thanks to our extensive network of direct suppliers in the wellness and sauna sector, we can circumvent short-term supply bottlenecks, although this isn't a guarantee. Depending on the type of project and the previously prepared quote, we'll take care of everything. But don't worry, if you need our support during the construction phase, we'll be there for you as if it were a firm agreement. We won't leave anyone in the lurch!
