From small systems like individual sauna cabins to entire wellness and sauna complexes or other large facilities, sophisticated control and operation systems are essential! When planning, installing, and programming these systems, it's crucial to assess the site environment to determine what needs to be controlled. Is it simply load distribution, fan control, lighting systems, saunas or other wellness systems, or something else entirely? Depending on the requirements and control methods, a wide variety of systems are used. For example, control systems might include a touchscreen display that, in turn, uses a bus system to operate smaller control units or query sensor data, and depending on the specific requirements..

The system configures voltages by lowering or increasing them, then transmits specific switching states to smaller control units (e.g., the control electronics in the low-voltage range up to 60V). These units then switch the actual load via large contactors or minimize the inrush currents of multiple systems to reduce peak loads. In our sauna systems, the control units play a particularly important role, as they are specifically tailored to the sauna system and allow the user to monitor or control, for example, temperatures, heating periods, switching/operating times, lights, or fan systems – all easily accessible via the touch panel. The clear layout and menu navigation of the display controls can be individually adapted to the system.

Pre-programmed sequences for the various systems are standard practice for us. The combination of the control unit, the brain of the system, the display for user interfaces, the numerous sensors and switching states detected by the control electronics, which then switch the large loads, is a self-contained, highly complex, but essential system for making modern wellness and sauna facilities possible in the first place. Thanks to seamless communication via new technologies, remote access to the controls is also possible. Analog switching signals, including the status "on/off," voltage level, or pulses, etc., are transmitted to the central control unit. This unit then converts the signals into digital values and makes the necessary decisions, which you can then view and control remotely via a LAN/WAN/WLAN interface and an app on your mobile phone or PC, for example. This is particularly useful if a malfunction occurs, allowing a technician to remotely diagnose the problem and perhaps tell you that, for example, the temperature sensor is providing incorrect readings. We are happy to support you with sophisticated system control technology and the associated management & control of your electrical system via an easy-to-use and intuitive display.
