Kneipp Foot BasinAlternating hot and cold foot baths are an integral part of hydrotherapy (water-based therapy) and produce the following beneficial effects:
UseStart your Kneipp bath with warm water (about 38°C). After five minutes, switch for a few seconds to cold water (below 18°C). Repeat this procedure three times. Important: The bath should be terminated with cold water, which brings about contraction of the blood vessels. Thus, the heat is kept inside the body.
